We saw an opportunity to bring elevated, thoughtfully designed units to a much wider range of project budgets. With the ITERÆ-designed ADU Series 2025, we apply the same design rigor we bring to larger commissions to a product that more homeowners could actually access.

Well-designed, well-built, and genuinely affordable, the ADU Series ’25 combines pre-designed, pre-engineered precision with genuine site flexibility. Manufactured by West Modular Manufacturing, orientation, configuration, and program can all adapt to meet the site and the client; delivered at the speed and quality that their factory production makes possible. This series incorporates a high-performance building envelope that delivers exceptional fire resistance and energy efficiency.

The design emphasizes lightness and adaptability — units are elevated to gently touch the ground, creating a subtle floating appearance that allows seamless placement on flat or sloped terrain.

We also spent a lot of time thinking about how to make a compact unit feel genuinely expansive, and the answer was to stop treating the walls as limits. When the doors open and the inside flows out, the unit stops feeling like an ADU and starts feeling like a considered piece of architecture. Interchangeable roof forms further extend design versatility, enabling each dwelling to respond uniquely to its context while maintaining a cohesive architectural language rooted in precision, efficiency, and modern craftsmanship.
